Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (pet food and treats), we have a limited returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired or defective
Non-Returnable Items
Opened packages of pet food or treats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged packaging, wrong item, etc.).
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or as cash refund (for COD orders).
