By placing an order with Petz UAE, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders
All orders are placed exclusively through WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and confirm the delivery details with you.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, or online payment link (when provided).
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order is final.
3. Delivery
- Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 5:00 PM.
- Other Emirates: 24–48 hours.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in packaging may occur.
5. Limitation of Liability
Petz UAE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
